DS7.5.1 Connectivity Issue

Hi,
I'm sing Datastage 7.5.1 and i'm trying to connect to the DS client Developer . When i click on the Client Icon a logon screen came and it's asking for the Host system,Username,Password and Project. I have provided the below mentioned details..

Case 1
******
Host System Name: My Computer Name
There is a check Box (Omit) I checked that ...
Project Name: TEST

But I'm getting the below mentioned error...

Error Message:
------------------
Failed to connect to host: rkorrapa, project: TEST
(Invalid account name supplied (39129))

Case 2
******
Host System Name: .(dot)
There is a check Box (Omit) I checked that ...
Project Name: TEST

Error Message:
------------------
Failed to connect to host: ., project: TEST
(Invalid account name supplied (39129))

Note: I'm using Windows XP 2 with 1 GB RAM

The 'host' would be where the server component was installed.

It is not recommended to check the OMIT box, while logging in. Try logging in with the local system Userid / password.
