Hi,

Can any help me for this question......

1. What are the user defined stages in datastage parallel..

2. Job Design-> Valid, Job log -> some warning error
Target data -> not seen
what process we can proceed further to get the resultant data

3.In Production -> wrong measure has been given that disturb the whole project

1. What level of 'user defined' are you looking for? Depending on your definition, it could be almost every stage, almost no stages or anything in between.

2. There is very little we can do with just 'some warning error'. If you would like more help, please post the full contents of the specific error that you are receiving along with some information about the job/stage that is producing the error.

3. I honestly cannot tell what you are asking for here. Let me rephrase what you are asking:

'Something is wrong and it affects the whole project. How can I make it not affect production'

Yes this is the General forum. However, generalizations do not help when seeking a specific solution to a specific problem.

The user-defined stage types are:
  • Build

    Custom

    Wrapped
You have not provided sufficient information for cogent analysis of the problems that might underlie the symptoms you reported in questions 2 and 3.

Looks more like an interview questions to me.

Best ask the interviewer about what he / she means.
