Please let us know patches that need to be installed after IBM Information server installation.

There are a number of patches to fix problems in Information Server 8.0.1 and 8.1. I wouldn't tackle 8.0.1 if you can avoid it, go to 8.1 for better stability (by now). There are a couple places to find the fixes and patches. I've just blogged about it in How to Find and Download IBM Information Server Software Fixes.
