DS issue

I have a DS client issue...

I have a sequence, it calls several jobs; if I use right-click and choose "Open job" it gets opened without trouble.

But if I use double click (on the sequence) or right-clik and "Properties" nothing happens....

Why? What could be happening?

Sounds like you may need the XP "Service Pack 2" or SP2 Patch that came out some time ago for the client. Request it from your service provider.

It is something related with Patch files. Please ask your ETL administrator to give necessary patch to fix it..

It was a patch issue...
(my DS administrator had no clue about it)
