I have requirement that in sequencer i want to run from 4 th job after completeing sequencer due to Source file correction how i can achive it

By (a) posting in the correct forum (probably General in this case) and (b) getting the terminology correct. A sequencer makes an any/all decision about whether its inputs have fired - it is a component in a job sequence.
