Purchased Premium Membership

Post by rishi »

Hi

First of all.. I sincerely apologize but I don't know whom to contact for my issue. Please point me to correct person/team/email id. I have already dropped an email to membershipdirector@dsxchange.com and membership.director@dsxchange.com but didn't get any reply. :(

The problem is- I purchased Premium Membership on last Saturday. While purchasing I chose the "Shipping Method" option as "Downloadable". I thought as soon as I'll complete the transactipon I'll get a new id and a password. But nothing like that happened. Now I am not sure whether I'll receive it in an email or snail mail.. but I am worried. Here is my transaction confirmation snapshot:

Please let me know if there is some contact no. I can call to.

Thanks
Rishi

AFAIK, it's a manual process on their end and can take several working days to get finalized. There's nothing to download and about all I can counsel is patience.

Weekends can be a delay too, because it's a manual process.
