Hi!
I am using this tool for the first time and I am having some difficulty finding any tutorial at all...
I am using version 7, if anyone can help me/point me to the right direction...

Other than the supplied manuals your best approach would be to attend the 'official' IBM QualityStage training course. Alternatively, you could try posting on the "looking for talent" forum and employ the services of an independent consultant.
The manuals do walk you through some simple Standardization, Matching, and Survivorship examples - If you can start with these then you can develop your knowledge by playing around and asking relevant questions in the QualityStage forum on DSXCHANGE.
