How to convert server jobs to parallel jobs?????

There are no migration utilites available. You need to develop PX job from scartch.

There is no direct of the shelf tool. Buy the license for PX. Install it. Test to see if it is up and running. See if the server job logic can be mirrored in PX. Code it. Test it.

Enrol in the Server to Parallel Transition Lab offered by DSXchange from time to time, either instructor-led or through the Learning Center as a set of video tutorials. This will not show you any conversion techniques, but certainly adjusts your mindset away from a "server job" way of thinking.
