Hi all.
I am unable to open the properties of the Job sequence jobs and i come to know that some patch is required for the same and i downloaded the patch from this good forum.When i am trying to run the .bat file (which was mentioned in the steps that i have to follow to install the patch) it was opening and it's getting disappeared and can some body suggest me where exactly i have to install that and in the help file i read that i have to create a temparory directory.....can,some body please help me on the same???

Ah... the Veterans of the Command Line Wars seem to be dying off.
Extract the zip file to someplace easy for you to find - and I don't mean your desktop. Someplace like \temp on your C: drive for instance. Then click Start / Run... and then 'cmd' without the quotes. Then, at the DOS prompt:
The first step probably isn't needed, but what the heck. For the third, just 'run' the batch file provided. Make sure you know the path where you have DataStage installed and ensure that's what you use when the patch prompts for it. And you've closed all Client connections as the readme notes.
Then you should be fine and you'll get to see the messages it generates.
