Hey everyone
I am new member in Datastage and am really interested in knowing more abt how do i connect and use SAP BW with datastage. being a novice i have no idea where t look for notes can anyone guide me to notes or help me with this.

Welcome aboard.
In the menu at the top of the screen is a Search facility; we encourage people to search first for their answers, because they are usually here.
There is a PACK (packaged application connectivity kit) available from the vendor for connecting to SAP BW. This provides stage types that allow you to work with ABAP or IDoc format.

You can download marketing material from IBM's web site. You can probably get the manuals for the asking from your vendor. If you have the PACK, you already have the manuals, in PDF form, on the CD.
