How do we get an IA 9.1 data Rule to go from Draft to Candidate status? If it is automatic, what is the criteria that causes that to occur? TIA, David

Never mind, I found the problem. I need a bigger display size in the window I am working in; when I scrolled down on the rule panel low and behold there is a status drop-down that I can change from draft to candidate..
