Application Error: While trying to open Primary Key Analysis

I am getting the following error when I tried to open primary key analysis:

System.OutMemoryException:Exception of type
System.OutOfMemoryException was thrown.

Out of memory? You would need to look at the detailed logs to determine on which tier the memory problem occurred.
