IA Job fails with Unable to validate DSOptions

I configured the IA user in webconsole and IA.Gave all the privileges and able to import the text file into IA but when tried to run the column analysis it fails with the error message "IA Job fails with Unable to validate DSOptions: missing username".The Information server version is 8.5.

Are you using a static user name for executing DataStage jobs in ANALYZERPROJECT project? If so, ensure that a valid user name and password are provided in this frame. Also check that the DataStage credentials are correct for the engine tier on which this project resides.

Hi Ray,I am using static user and all the privileges are given.

Did you solve this problem? I've been getting the same message, some guys told me that I have to reinstall, please let me know If you find how to solve it!
