IADB installation/configuration after IBM IIS 8.1.0 install

Hi,
We have XMETA,IADB & QSDB schemas in the same database instance on a database server.We are using IIS 8.1.0 version.When we do data profiling using information analyser, it takes a lot of processing time/resources RAM,CPU etc...So we have decided to create IADB database on a new server, dedicated for IADB only.
Our requirement is to delete IADB from the above database instance and create/configure new IADB on a new database server under a new database instance and then use it for information analysis.Please note that IBM IIS 8.1.0 is already installed.
I know that if we have to use IADB, then it should be installed before installing IBM IIS.(Please correct me if I am wrong)
Now my question is that Is there any possibility to create and configure IADB after installing IBM IIS 8.1.0
