Can Information Analyzer process Unicoce data

Can Info Analyzer process unicode data files like Chinese,Spanish etc.
How do we know whether Info Anlayzer installation is non -unicode or unicode installation.
If we check in DataStage that DataStage installation is non-unicode would it apply the same to Info Analyzer as everything is a part of Information Server Suite.
