Column Analysis - Format (NA)

Hi all,
I did column analysis on a table .
While reviewing the name column i found some data's are classified as 'NA' format.
Only nulls ,spaces and whitespaces will be classified as "NA" format.
Example of few data classified as 'NA':
Somerset Hospital Nurses Residence Vodacom Container
BaphumelelaVodacom / Cell C / MTN Building
why the above data are classified as 'NA'?
