Column Analysis Error " input-file data set does not ex

Hi All
I am able to run column analysis succesfully on one of the data stores. While when I try to run column analysis on the other data store, it fails with the error
This input-file data set does not exist
I am seeing the logs in Director and find the fatal error message.
It seems it is not able to create the .ds file while running the job.
Did someone came across such error in past. Is it to do with the write permissions ?
