Close Comman in ODBC Enterprise

Hi all,
I am using ODBD enterprise stage to load the target oracle table, which invloves Inserting new records and updating the existing.
Now, the user have come up with a requirement that has to Update the table with a different logic after the load is completed, Can I use the Close Command Option to update the records after the Insert and Update action is completed?
The Information for the Close Command is "Type: String
SQL statement to be executed before insert array is processed. This statement is executed only once on the conductor node.", so, I am not sure if the Close Command will execute after the actual insert/update action is committed?
