Analysis Reporting From IA

Hi All,
am using information analyzer for analysis reporting but am not finding templet where i can report all the Results which am getting in my analysis like primary key analysis or column analysis.
can i genrate direct report from IA using same format which i got in analysis...i want to keep reamin same format for reporting.
