DS Hawk installation hung up at end (no error message)

Hi,
I am trying to install Information Analizer,
at the end of installion it hung up and shows null,null....
Its giving no error message nor any installation progress updates.
Kindly help me out I am stuck with it since yesterday.

It's very urgent.

I got this error when I didn't uninstall the 'Console for information server Client' properly and tried to install it again.
This is what I was advised to do by IBM Support and it resolved the issue :
1. Uninstall client if it appears in the Add/Remove programs
2. Run regedit and remove the following keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ascential Software
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Ascential Software
3. Remove the InstallShield registry:
Delete C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Universal\IBM\InformationServer

Don't know how the OP went (a year ago!) but I had the same problem reinstalling today and this fix worked for me.
