Information Analyzer not reading all the records

I am trying to analyze a file containing 200000 records.I defined everything as Varchar datatype and length as 255.But its only reading 6800 records and analyzing only those.when I looked at the log it shows the warning or error message pxbridge: "The length of WVARCHAR column smt_cd5 cannot be validated because the database column is VARCHAR and character set conversion is involved. Inadequate column lengths can lead to data truncation or unexpected errors".Other large files with millions of records its able to read properly.

It's complaining that one or more of your WVARCHAR columns is too wide - can you eliminate this column from the analysis?
