Sources and Analysis Settings items are missing

I reread the original post and thought it was not clear.

I want to created a host computer named TEST. When I navigate to do so, i.e., Home--> Configuration--> Sources--> Click On Host Computer Name

I only see Home -->Configuration. The "Sources" selection is missing.

This is a new install and not sure what to make of this. Can anyone provide some guidance?
