Please let me know whether I can run my QualityStage jobs in a Datastage parallel job using QS Plug-in.

Is there any other option (apart from plug-in) to invoke Qualitystage job from DataStage parallel job (like executing the QS equivalent command from 'Command stage' in Job Sequencer)

The short answer is yes. You run the QualityStage jobs in parallel extended mode, via the Plug-In stage.

If you are on version 8.0, you have additional stages to directly run investigations, standardizations, matches and undups.
