when I connect to the server as client, the table that contains column
name and derivation in transformer stage disappear without any error
message. I have reinstalled the software (in client side) but still
can't fix the problem. Anyone experience the error before? Please help.

Can you be more specific about exactly what disappears?
And have you logged a call with you support provider? I suspect one would
actually need to see what happened before and after (screen shots?)
