This is a topic for an orphaned message.
Then you will have to delete that VOC item. I also didnt realize that the file was being created as a dynamic file, so CA_CU_CUST000 should be a directory.
To delete a VOC item, you open a UniVerse session, and do this:
ED VOC CA_CU_CUSTOMER_ACCOUNT_H
This will put you inside the item. Enter "FD"; this will ask you if youre sure. "Y" will delete it.
Give it a try, and let me know.
Remember that this is an extraordinary circumstance, and you shouldnt be deleting VOC items as a part of your regular operations.
