Oracle OCI BL - Fault Type 11

We are getting the following everytime we use the OCI Bulk Loader:

Abnormal termination of stage OCIBL.CTransformerStage33 detected

and this on reset:

Abnormal termination of UniVerse.
Fault type is 11. Layer type is BASIC run machine.
Fault occurred in BASIC program DSD.StageRun at address 744. DataStage Job 881 Phantom 2959

I gather fault type 11 is segmentation violation but not sure what it means (memory violation?) and what can be done about it.

I have a call with support but they are struggling with it too.

Anyone here with any ideas?
