sap plug-in issue

Some of our DataStage jobs that extract from SAP occasionally would not extract any rows. The DataStage jobs effectively calls an ABAP program in SAP. These jobs just extract all rows from various reference tables in SAP. Therefore, I expect at least the same number of rows as the previous run if not more.

For example, logs from job that calls ZRDSCSKU,

0 rows read from csku_extract
0 rows written to csku_staging
0 rows written to csku_reject

Notice on the 14th rows were extracted. But on the 17th no rows came through.

These jobs run every day except Sunday

Does anyone have experience of this isuue?
