ORABULK problem

Hi,

We have just started using the ORABULK control in our
DataStage(4.1) jobs. The control file (.ctl) generated
by this control always has a double quotes (") around
the column names. Because of this, we get an error
"Invalid column name.." while loading data. Once I
remove the double quotes around the column name, the
data load is successful. Is it possible to generate
the .ctl file without the double quotes around the
column name?
