Status is DSJS.CRASHED

Hi all,
When i run the job in Director, it finishes with the status 2 (DSJS.RUNWARN), but, when i run in the unix shell the return value is 96 (DSJS.CRASHED).
Anybody can help me?
What are the reasons for the DSJS.CRASHED?
