OCI8 plugin failes with "OCI_SUCCESS_WITH_INFO"

Hi everyone,
Ive problem and i hope that someone already solve it.
Ive customer that has job that read data from an Oracle Table and write it, without any manipulation, to another Oracle Table. The OCI8 plugin failes with "OCI_SUCCESS_WITH_INFO".
Has somebody meet this message? If yes, there is workaround??
