Error -1004 - while running the ds executable !

Hi,

We had compiled and released a job in to production.
while running the same, the error -1004 occurs.
The documentation says the following :
" Attempt tp open the job failed- perhaps it has not been compiled. " But, we are sure that we had compiled and released the executable. any other reason for getting this error ?. Thank you for your replies in advance
