Pivot stage

How do you intall the pivot stage? I have DS 7.51
Is not installed and I can't find in Help how to install it?

Optional plug-ins, like the Pivot stage, are chosen during installation of the Server. If there are some you didn't select, you will need to repeat the Server installation in order to get a chance to select them again.

The good news is the software is smart enough to know you are in 'Maintenance mode' rather than full install/upgrade mode and will offer you the chance to 'Install Missing Plug-ins' as a discrete option.
