if log view fails ? while running the JOB ..how should i find out wether job is completed or not ?

What is meant by "fails" in your question? Please clarify.

i mean is there any other way we can see the job is completed or not .

A job is completed whether it not it fails. I am not aware of any way in which it's valid to claim - as your subject line does - that log view fails.
