Unable to install DS client 7.1Version

Hi All,
When i am trying to install DS client 7.1V, it was throwing out an error saying that "uninstall shield was open" Error 432
Please clarify

Are you triying to uninstall existing versions of Client in the PC and reinstalling the new version?
Or trying to override a new version.
Check for the running application whether datastage services are running.
Have you tried to reboot you machine and reinstalled?

Hi Kumar,
I am installing newly. No existing software related to DS is there.
Even then also, it is showing same problem.
