the question really has nothing to do with DataStage - but if you might be kind enough to tell us which database you are using someone might be able to answer the question.
Since you are running a job you probably know which table you are working with. You most likely will also be getting the name of the contraint that you have violated in the error message as well. Isn't that most of what you need to know already?
