Hi,

I was just going through the uvconfig file. But i was not able to get the intent of the file from the default explanation given in the file for the various parameters used.

Is there any reference site or material which would discuss this in detail?

Most of the parameters in the uvconfig file don't need to be modified. The few that may be changed are covered in this forum.

If you really wish to know more, download the IBM pdf document Administering UniVerse and look at chapter 4 for a description of the uvconfig file. Please note that not all the parameters discussed apply to DataStage.
