Error while running a Job in a newly Setup Windows Server

Hi,
After setting up a new Server in Windows, when I try to run a Job, it is giving an error "Could not load drsoci.dll". Can anyone tell me what settings I have to make?

Your job seems to be calling the DRS plugin, but you haven't installed it.
