Protected project

Hi,

I have created a New Protected Project in Datastage Administrator.
In Designer, I am not able to add new Jobs. The properties permission for the [user = Datastage production manager].

Do i need to make any change. Suggest a solution.

You can create the job in an unprotected project, then move the completed job into the protected project.

You can unprotect the project - these are intended to be used for production environments, where Designer should never tread (well, maybe to inspect, but nothing more).
