"Must be root or base administrator" on DS Server

Trying to upgrade DataStage from 7.1.1 to 7.5. When installing the Server software, about a third of the way through the install, I get a message saying "Setup failed to apply license information".

When I look in the uvregen-output.log, it says "Must be root or base administrator to run this process". I am administrator on my PC. I have been running Ascential on the PC for years. My PC is not connected to a network while I am loading the software.

Our corporate office has verified that the license keys are correct.

Verify that you are a member of the Administrators group for that machine (i.e. not from the domain).
