Hello Friends,

I'm not able to open properties box of any stage of a sequencer.
server is not reponding . I am not gettinig any message or error.
Unable to design new sequencers, old sequencers are running ok.
Appreciate If anybody can suggest something on this issue.

What is the error? Did you search for the message?

This may be an issue with Windows XP SP2. Try going to http://www.asential.com/eservice/pages/ ... tches.html

It's is called DS Client Patch for Windows XP SP2. Apply the patch to each client PC and try again.

I'm not able to open this link. Is any otherway of getting this patch.

There's a typo in the URL - the "c" is missing from "ascential". Correct it in the address bar of your browser.

We are having the same issue here with Windows XP, Only we are on Version 6.0.1.11 of Datastage. Any suggestions for that?
I am looking for a patch for it, but no luck yet. I am also looking through the dsxchange archives for more info. Any that you can provide here will be greatly appreciated!
