Hi folks,

I am trying to install DataStage 7.5 on sun solaris. I am getting the follwing error:
/export/home/alandau/install.sh: //solaris/server.: cannot open
ERROR: cannot unpack libdslic.so

I went thru previous Posts but that didn't solve the problem.

Any help is appreciated.

Check whether you have the dir.

Check whether you have the permission. You need to be the root user.

Check you have enough disk space / quota ?

Hi,

I am facing the same problem of "Cannot unpack libdslic.so". I hav e check the directories and permissions. I have root permissions. Also I tried copying all the files in /root and installing, but no luck.

Little help will be appreciated.

A supported version of Red Hat? It does matter.

Precisely what version of Linux are you using?
