how to import XML source

Hi all,
Can any one say how to import the XML file. My source is in XML

I am assuming that by "source" you mean your DataStage exported job sources in XML format. You need only go into the Manager -> Import -> DataStage Components (XML) to solve your problem.

If your data is in xml, then do a 'DataStage Manager -> Import -> Table defn -> XML Table Defn'.
The xml must be in your client.

Just to add on you could use the XML Metadata importer, Which would have been insatlled in the DS v7.0, In the DS Designer
Tools -> Customize -> XML MetaData Importer
Normally would be available in the following directory:
Program Files\Ascential\DataStage\XMLMDImporter.exe
Include the same and you could use it.
