Urgent SAP Load Pack 4.0.2 issue in DS server job

I am using SAP Load Pack 4.0.2 version and the

In my job the data is laoded from the sequential file to the Load pack

SAP Load pack hangs when shceduled. when I check the log it hangs at the log message..

Load_PACK_for_SAP_BW_20: InfoPackage ZPAK_3WJKSRSJV1QHFYFT8HECSVHNX started with request id of REQU_3X9TP28DXK16LDVJBZ146XA25

and no records are moved from seqential file to the Load pack.

Sometimes when I run the job maually or shceduled the load pack fails at the following error.

.Load_PACK_for_SAP_BW_7: Error opening /opt/dsadm/Ascential/DataStage/DSBWConnections/BWP/SourceSystems/ZDSSINFAPQ/Data/BWP_ZDSSINFAPQ_ZJ_ALAN8_MASTER for writing: No such device or address

Please advise as how to resolve these issues. ( please look at the error in bold)

Did you import this job from another project and ran without changing its properties?
