Any issues regarding DS 7.5x on W2K3 Server

Hi,
Does anybody know about any serious issues (bugs) with DS 7.5x against a Win2K Server?
I am asking this because we are considering an upgrade at a customer's site, from DS 7.1 to 7.5x because of issues regarding Job Sequencer with DS 7.1 but we do not want to relief them from a problem :D and give them back a few new ones...
Any help will be appreciated.
