How to handle rollback in datastage when a job crashes in middle of run. I have a job that inserts 3 million records into oracle database. But after some time jobs craches due to some reasons. In that scenario how will datastage handle that scenario.

It will do whatever you design it to do.

Enrol in the "best practices" class, which shows techniques for staging data and recording process metadata so that you can figure out what was loaded and what wasn't.

And please post on the correct forum (server job forum?).
