Install Error code: 2 22

Hi,I have a problem with installing ds6.01 server edition on hp-unix.
When i tried to install ds6 server on hp-unix, the following error appears.
After stoped other services like SAP BW on this machine, install failed again with the same error message.

Unable to get disk shared memory segment: Invalid argument
DataStage Engine has been brought down.

Error code:  2  22

At last, we restart the machine and install again. this time is ok.

Does someone meet the same problem as me?
And where can we get the error code information?

This error code appear for variety of reasons.

Some reasons are
1.) Unable to create the directories / files - mainly because of permissions issue.
2.) Unable to stop / start datastage server
3.) Value in dsenv not loaded / correct.
4.) Bouncing DS server when people are logged in.

In short, any resource constraint.

i think it's maybe cause by "Unable to get disk shared memory segment"

Is it possible get disk shared memory segment by stop other services,not restart machine?
