How to configure ODBC connection to MySQL using DS and Linux

Can you tell me what I must install and what I must configure and how to connect to MySQL server on remote machine using DataStage 7.5 under Linux RedHat??

Hi,
odbc configuration files for DS are .odbc.ini & uvodbc.config.
both reside in the engine directory and the later of the 2 is also in each project directory.
read the dsadmgde.pdf in your client install directory under the docs directory for more info.
if you have a relevant datadirect driver with DS you can use it or try configuring 3rd party drivers.
