Sybase IQ 12 Load plug-in - problem !!!

Hi!
We have problem with Ascential DataStage 7.5 and loading data into Sybase IQ 12.5 with Sybase IQ 12 Load plug-in!!
When we running job we have got following error :
ds_loadlibrary: Win32 error in LoadLibrary of iqbulk12.dll!
We have DataStage on Windows and IQ on Linux.
We have no idea what reason it may be! If somebody know please help!
