To find jobs which are using a Particular Table

Post by akhiln »

Hi All,

Is it possible to find out the jobs which are using a particular table. I have a table like this "S_F0456". I want to know in which are all the jobs this particular table is used.

Is there any commands that i can use it from the Administrator to find out the jobs or any other way of finding it.

Expecting a positive reply.

Thanks & Regards,
Akhil

This topic has been discussed many times before. You can do a search on 'table usage' or just check out this post.

Take a look at my List all files and tables used by jobs in a dsx file tool. You will find it on the DataStage Tools page of www.anotheritco.com.

Since you are on a Windows server, you may have to change the line termination setting on the input sequential file stage to read your dsx file after you copy it to your server.
