SAP/R3 Plug-In

Hi Guys
I have loaded DataStage 7.1r1 onto an AIX platform. Also loaded the SAP/R3 PACK. I can login to the DS project and can also see the SAP IDOCS. I then created and compiled a job. When I run the job, I get the following error:
ds_loadlibrary: error in dlopen
I also get a warning:
C Stage Plugi\In function "Get" required
I have copied the librfc32.dll to the windows client. Can anyone please tell me what this error means?
